*Free pick ups and free delivery are for locations 15 miles or less from 3601 N Sheridan Rd. $29 fee for locations 16-30 miles and $49 fee for locations 31-60 miles.
Delivery: Pack It N Stack It will deliver and pick up at the provided address. Entry is not considered trespassing. All equipment must be returned to Pack It N Stack It.
Additional Costs: Extra charges may apply for delivery, pickup or replacement. Damaged/missing bins are $50 each. By renting, you agree to these costs as listed on our website.
Acknowledgment and Maintenance: You agree to inspect equipment and report defects within 12 hours. Equipment must be returned in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Damage beyond this will incur charges.
Injury Waiver: Pack It N Stack It is not liable for any injuries or damage related to equipment use, and you waive any such claims.
Prohibited Conduct: Do not sublease or allow others to use the equipment. Keep children and pets away from bins.
Indemnification: You agree to hold Pack It N Stack It harmless from any claims or costs arising from the use of our equipment.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply if you cancel within 48 hours of delivery.
Privacy: We do not share your personal information and comply with data protection laws.
Entire Agreement: This Rental Agreement and our website are the full agreement. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Attorney Fees and Collection Fees: If legal action is required, Pack It N Stack It may recover attorney fees and costs. Legal actions will be filed in Tazewell County Circuit Court.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for rental equipment in the year of breach or injury.
No Warranties: Equipment is rented “AS IS” with no warranties.
